Was I dreaming when we drove in the gates? No, it was quite real, a tranquil peaceful haven. I was searching for something special for my sister and we were not disappointed the tranquillity gave us a chance to re-charge. I shall return… the memories will stay with me till then.

What a lovely way to begin our 30^th Anniversary trip in Ireland! This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in which we have ever stayed – loved the warm welcome, the scones, garden, beach, location – everything. Garden Cottage is lovely in every way. Thank You!

This has been an absolutely marvellous vacation, Thatcher’s Rest is wonderful with all the comforts of home, thank you for thinking of all those extra touches. We’ll not soon forget the sea view from our front window. High points beyond were the wonderful food and the great walks.
