This Autumn Ireland is throwing open its doors and hosting its biggest food and drink celebration across the whole island. Taste the Island will showcase the very best of Ireland’s food and drink culture…that means everything from restaurants and local craft food and drinks producers to festivals and food trails alongside everything in between! Welcome to ‘Team Cottages’
We are sad to say that our lovely niece Anna Karellas has decided to return to her teaching career, we will miss her greatly and wish her well, Anna we know will make the most wonderful teacher. We are happy to welcome and introduce you to Corrine Trant who joined us at the beginning of September and is our new Reservations and Office Manager and the latest member of ‘Team Cottages’.
Dowth Point to Point Country Fair
The annual Point to Point Country Fair returns to Dowth Hall on Sunday October 27th. This festival has truly earned its place in the racing calendar and is sure to be a fantastic day out for all the family.
Enjoy thrilling racing, gourmet food, free family fun, shopping, country fair exhibits and a whole host of experiences for young and old alike. So what are you waiting for… get booking and grab your wellies.
Púca Festival
Welcome to Púca Festival, three breathtaking nights of Halloween music, food, light and spectacle. Unearth 2000 years of Halloween tradition, hear the spiritual and historical retelling of the original Halloween story and witness music and light installations across three fantastic locations. 31st October – November 2nd 2019.
